Govern Enhancements

• Connected Users and Sites in Govern
Users and sites are now connected within Govern, making it much easier to understand who has access to what and investigate relationships between users and sites without building additional reports. Learn more here.

• New drill-down reporting experience
From site reports, you can now drill into associated users directly from user count fields, including total users, internal, and external users.

From user reports, a new option lets you instantly see all sites associated with a user. This makes it easier to investigate access, membership, and activity from either perspective.

• Take action directly from investigation results
You can now suspend, activate, or remove users from sites directly within drill-down reports. Actions can be performed without creating new reports and are automatically recorded in Govern report history for audit purposes.

• Navigation and reporting context
Breadcrumb navigation makes it easy to move between related reports while maintaining context.

• Govern reports and automations can now identify whether a site has the iSheet module enabled. This information can be displayed and used as a filter in reports and automations.

Workflow Enhancements

• We've made a number of usability improvements to sync workflow scheduling to make creating, managing, and maintaining workflows more intuitive.

• Added a new Ignore All Errors option for workflows, allowing administrators to dismiss all current workflow errors in a single action.

• Improved handling of task archival during HighQ archival processes.

• Various UI enhancements to improve consistency and overall usability across the platform.
