Improvements (you asked, so we deliver…)
Core
• Added a ‘Smart Search’ option to the Google Drive connector
• You can now archive from HighQ into Google Drive
• Perform bulk workflow actions including Start, Stop, Delete, and Retry Errors directly from the workflow view
• New and improved workflow filters for Source, Target, and Error only views, making it easier to find what you need
• Added workflow progress and validation information for HighQ archival workflows
• Find user details, version info, support contacts, and useful links in the new System Menu
• Improved HighQ iSheet archival: all views are now exported, each iSheet view gets its own sheet, and deleted data is included
Govern
• Added dynamic column configuration so you can show, hide, reorder, and resize columns to suit your view
• You can now set a default connector in Govern
• Added an option to clone Govern rules
• You can now download all rules
• The length of a rule name has been increased giving more flexibility
• Rule history can now be exported as CSV or Excel files
• Govern alerts now support external recipients
• When creating rules, dates now have an improved logic step to make it more intuitive
• New Govern rule fields added: Client Number, Matter Number, and Site Owner Is Internal
• Added Expiry Date and Last Login Date to site rule results
• Added dynamic display of Deleted Items Size and Site Size
• Implemented event driven architecture improvements for snappier Govern operations
Housekeeping (squashing those bugs)
• Fixed folder move issues for NetDocuments → X workflows
• Fixed duplicate folder creation in Google Drive two-way sync
• Fixed Google Drive workflow errors when the root folder is deleted
• Fixed file sync issues when the “latest version only” setting is disabled
• Fixed missing file error icons on disabled workflows
• Fixed bypass of alert frequency in Govern
