Govern Enhancements
We've continued to improve Govern, with a range of improvements designed to give administrators more control, visibility, and flexibility.
• Activate users directly from report and automation result screens
• Export automation history for reporting and audit purposes
• Refresh Govern data on demand using the new ‘Refresh data’ option from the Govern Dashboard screen
• Report on Site Administrator permissions and use these fields in reports and automation conditions
• Create individual site exclusions for more granular control
• Exclusions now default to "No End Date" to make permanent exclusions quicker to configure
• Improved visibility of protected HighQ sites, making it clearer why actions may be restricted
• Enhanced workflow audit logging
• Improved size filtering with selectable units
• Site Purpose filters now display all available purposes
Workflow Enhancements
Managing workflows is now more flexible and easier to maintain.
• Microsoft Teams Archival - We've expanded Syncly's archival capabilities to support Microsoft Teams. You can now archive Teams channels, including posts with threaded replies, folders, files, and user membership information. This provides a complete picture of collaboration activity and makes it easier to preserve Teams content to a system of record.

• Synchronisation Scheduling - We've introduced more flexible scheduling for Sync workflows. You can now decide exactly when synchronisations should run by selecting specific times or defining execution windows that fit around your team's working patterns. Whether you prefer workflows to run overnight or during quieter periods of the day, scheduling is now much easier to tailor to your needs.
• Edit existing Sync workflow filters without recreating workflows
• Sort and filter workflow action column to quickly find what you're looking for
• Improved workflow completion emails, helping to highlight errors and prevent failed workflows from going unnoticed
• Support for multiple Cloud iManage connectors within a single Syncly environment
