Google Drive
- One way Sync and Copy / Publish workflows to all other available connectors
- Google Docs conversion ability added (more on that below)
Google Docs Conversion
When creating a workflow from Google Drive to any target connector, users can now control how Google-native document formats are handled using the “Enable Google Doc Conversion” setting.
If Unchecked a placeholder will be added in place of the Google Native Docs.
If Checked Google-native files are exported to standard formats before transfer:
- Google Docs → DOCX
- Google Sheets → XLSX
- Google Slides → PPTX
Functionality
Smart URL Based Search Ability
Users can now copy a browser URL directly from the source system and paste it into the Syncly tree search.
Pasting a folder URL performs a folder-level search. Pasting a file URL performs a file-level search
