User Guide

Protect specific sites or content from deletion using centralised exclusions.

Overview

Exclusions allow you to:

• Prevent deleted items from being permanently removed
• Protect sensitive or regulatory content
• Apply consistent governance rules across reports and automations

Where to Configure

• Admin > Exclusions > Sites

What You Can Define

• Retention thresholds (e.g. 30, 60, 90 days or no end date)
• Rules based on:

• Site owner
• Site purpose
• Site status

How Exclusions Work

• Applied to both reports and automations
• Excluded sites are:

• Visible in reports (with a lock indicator)
• Not actionable
• Displayed separately in automations under the Exclusions tab
