Improvements
- Automate user actions in the Govern module. Take the manual work out of governance by automating user actions, freeing up time, reducing effort, and lowering administrative overhead. Automation lets you to automatically archive or suspend users based on your filtered results. Learn how to use automations here
- Reports. Rules have now become reports. You have the same easy to use condition builder but incorporating more advanced global exclusions to make taking actions from reports, even easier. Read more here
- Exclusions are now available from the admin menu. A powerful feature allowing you to protect users from being impacted by accidental actions such as being archived or deactivated when using Reports and Automations. Find out more here
- Date Filters have been added to the Workflow List page, allowing workflows to be filtered by Created Date or Last Activity Date
- We have launched a refreshed UI for the Admin section to make it even easier to find the setting you need
- Introducing DropBox as a new connector for HighQ Integration Hub. Upload, Sync and Archival workflow are all available. (Connector is also available from HighQ for upload and one-way sync). Learn how to set up DropBox

- We have also completed tons of upgrades, security updates and performance enhancements, ensuring everything works as smoothly as you expect
Housekeeping (keeping things tidy)
- Fixed an issue where messages became stuck in ASB when a sync-type workflow was deleted during execution
- Fixed file sync issues for folders selected via Smart Search URLs from Recent Sites or Favourite Sites
