How to create a Govern Report

Create a Govern Report

You can create a new Report from your Govern Dashboard using the Create Report option

Select to create your report on a Site, Internal Users or External Users, then add your filters to narrow down you results.

Once done, select “Create rule” to continue building your report. 

If you want to receive alerts or send alerts to other recipients select on, choose the frequency and select users from the list.

Give your rule a name to identify it. 

Once done, click “Create report”, this will run the report and let you view all of results that match your conditions

If you want to deactivate, delete, or edit your report, simply choose your option from the menu inside your report.
