How to: Exclude Users from an Automation
From Automation Results
- Select user(s)
- Choose Exclude
- Pick a duration (7–90 days or forever)
✅ Exclusions apply globally, not just to one automation preventing any confusion and conflicts
How to: Manage Global Exclusions (Admins)
- Go to Admin → Govern
- Open Global Exclusions
- Manage:
- Specific users
- Email domains
- Organisations
- Set duration for each exclusion

How to: Remove an Exclusion
- Go to Admin → Govern → Global Exclusions
- Locate the excluded item
- Remove or let it expire naturally
⚠ Once removed, users may re‑enter automation results if they still meet conditions
How to: Understand Why an Action Is Blocked
If you try to manually deactivate or archive an excluded user:
- The system blocks the action
- You’ll be prompted to manage exclusions first
