File Metadata Workflows enable users to map and sync new and existing metadata from one location to another.
Example
You can create a File Metadata iSheet within HighQ, and Syncly gives you the ability to map various metadata from iManage to the desired iSheet, mapping various data such as Client Name, Matter No, Matter, as well as custom metadata.
1. Add your Metadata mapping
In the Workflow Creator, once you have set up your "Options & Triggers" click "Metadata" to add metadata mapping to your Workflow.
💡 Syncly will only show the "Metadata" option when a HighQ site with file Metadata has been selected in the "Target" location.
2. Configure your mapping
- In the first drop down, configure your metadata from your source location
- In the second drop down menu, configure your metadata from your target location
- Click "Add" to add your mapping to your sync and then "Save Mapping" if you have completed your mapping.
Note: Your workflow can have multiple Metadata Mappings, and these mappings can be added and deleted, using the add button and bin icon, respectively.
